New 8.2 Branch

This branch removes the code that creates JSON-LD for AMP pages, the Metadata tag on the configuration page. Instead, download and use the Schema.org Metatag module, which supports many more Schema.org objects and can display JSON-LD on all pages, not just AMP pages.
