Follow up to issue #2974160: Add different formatting options:

1. Added table format support for text items.
2. Removed duplicated title for table formatted html item.

Major feature: allow users to sign in with their domain and create an account.

Run 'drush updb' or 'update.php' to install the 'webmention_send' table. You will get an overview of the send webmentions at 'admin/content/webmention/send-list'

Changes since 8.x-1.0-alpha6:

Version compatible with Drupal 8.5.x, with text and screenshot updates to match what is in the software.

Also new to the User Guide version 8.x-5.x is the addition of embedded videos demonstrating the steps in each task topic.

Fix Updater, plus add in queue workers

Controller improvements: Add support for no-caching and set Allowed CORS header to * if desired.
