Follow up to issue #2974160: Add different formatting options:

1. Added table format support for text items.
2. Removed duplicated title for table formatted html item.

Major feature: allow users to sign in with their domain and create an account.

Run 'drush updb' or 'update.php' to install the 'webmention_send' table. You will get an overview of the send webmentions at 'admin/content/webmention/send-list'
