Background

The Sourcepoint script for the CMP currently still has a few dependencies on the adblock part of the module. This means that it is waiting for DFP to load, then the adblock script to load, before only then loading the CMP message. This is causing quite a delay in the load time of the message. We would like to include a snippet of code that forces the CMP message to load before the other two parts of the code.
