Added ability to configure smart.js library URL.

New:
- Added 'Content Quality Check' (CQ) integration.
- Added integration for 'Sentiment' level.
- Added column for saving the CQ settings per node.

Changes:
- Both SEO and CQ tabs are using the same template now (including css).

Added support for chr module to make it possible for module to connect to webtexttool when using proxies.

- Module that removes entityform submissions that are older than the specified age.
- When no specified age is selected, one year will be used as default.
- Watchdog messages are available to instruct the user how many submissions were deleted.
