New features

This is the development branch fully supporting Dialogflow API v2.

• jCarousel library has been moved outside the module to library folder
• https://github.com/snake-345/jcarouselSwipe support was added
• drush 8 commands was refacored
• instructions for composer support was added to README.txt

The initial release of this module.
