Highlights:

• Authentication- and HTTP client configurations stored in states instead of config.
• If authentication fails on Credentials configuration UI (admin/config/apigee-edge/settings) you can see an error message about the possible reason of the failure and a "Debug information" details pane with detailed debug information. (Authentication information is sanitized.)
