New features

This release fixes security vulnerabilities present in 8.6.0-beta1. Sites using 8.6.0-alpha1 or 8.6.0-beta1 are urged to upgrade immediately after reading the notes below and the security announcement:

This is a beta release for the next feature release of Drupal 8. Betas are good testing targets for developers and site builders who are comfortable reporting (and where possible, fixing) their own bugs.
