Issue #2959609: Remove obsolete module permissions for adding term.

Adds the ability to use a field with HTML. If the field is a body field or any other field that uses filtered or full html will not see their markup in the document.

Complete rework for better synchronization.
Collections and galleries are merged in the same hierarchical vocabulary.

Performance improvement - module is now compatible with page caching, as all visitor-specific logic is moved to the front end.
Module now has the option for a site to wait for explicit consent before showing any ads.
