* Issue # 2998879: Nodes Add rebuild node access method.

ATTENTION: Use of this method runs as a batch and requires the use of the &$sandbox in the hook_update_N. Since a hook_update_N using a batch will run repeatedly until the batch is done, there should be no other actions or operations performed in the hook_update_N

facets stable compatibility

This is a minor maintenance release. The only new feature is the support of configuration by language, using core's Config Translation module.
