Add form settings for use access token and code refactor.

Added support for Queue API to let users continue stopped or interrupted operation. Added better file format handling. But it still need workaround.

Queue API implementation adds questions to command in some cases. For example if user has already filled queue, but somehow not all items processed command will ask if user wants to continue interrupted operation.

Initial module release

Options have changed for Feeds import: “Remove titles” is now 2 settings for h1 & h2 titles separately. Review and save your import settings after updating.

Add SDQS support to handle requests as:

• On Own Name
• Representative Of

Petitioner of type "Representative Of", can handle multiple records of principals

Names of petitioner are handled to split text and fill service's respective fields
