New features

1. Include the Views provided by 'Content moderation reviewer test' as part of the main module. It is not necessary to provide the sample users or workflow states, which can remain in the test module.
2. Test with the patched version of core currently in use by IBM
3. Hide the content-moderation-reviewer input field once a piece of content is in the Published state
4. If the content-moderation-reviewer input field has a value when the user transitions from one workflow state to another, reset the form field

This release addresses multiple bugfixes and will be the last release before I start working on #2997011: Split static site generation and content import/export into separate sub-modules, which is a huge refactor of Tome into two sub-modules, one for content export/import and one for static site generation. This means that Tome's APIs will likely change in the next release! Stay tuned.

• Issue #3003340: Switched [Varbase Media] to use [Remote Video] with oEmbed from Drupal 8.6.x core.
• Issue #3006742: Added a hint description for which remote source we can embed in the [Embed] tab in the Varbase Entity Browsers.
• Issue #3005535: Enabled an OPTIONAL [Layout Builder] configs to use with the [Default] view mode for the [Basic page] content type by default and allow each content item to have its layout customized.
• Issue #3008320: Updated the Automated Functional Acceptance Testing to cover the new media and media library and browser updates.

This the first release candidate for JSON API 2.0!

The JSON API maintainers strongly believe that this version will suffer absolutely no further breaking changes before the final stable release of JSON API 2.0. 2.x is the version which is proposed for inclusion in Drupal core. In other words, the only changes to the 2.x branch from this point forward will be bug fixes, stability improvements and new features.

A release candidate means that it is your last chance to find and report issues which might cause BC breaks! It's now or never!
