Initial unstable release for 8.3 branch. See documentation for this branch.

This is the first exciting release that supports multilingual Content Moderation setups. You can though still not yet add a new Paragraph on a source language draft while translating it at the same time in a translation draft. See #3004099: Allow to translate paragraphs from pending revisions
Private files on Paragraphs are also still not yet cleanly supported in moderated workflows.

Initial release.

Finished first draft of POST and GET request scripts.

Initial release of the module

• Store information from submitted TMGMT Jobs to Smartling now.
• Lock all smartling providers to xml file format and remove file extension selector from ui
• Dependency to TES 8.x-3.x (got rid of check status queue)
