Initial module release. Alpha version, only basic testing done so far, not guaranteed to be ready for use on production sites!

To make use of the module at this point, you need to decide when to manually call ctf_catch_event() from your own code.

Note that authenticated users are ignored by the module, so only anonymous users will be presented with the recaptcha.

• Feature: Add default license settings for file and external JS.
• Feature: Add some minimal functional tests.
• Performance optimization: The license statement embedded on every page does not require jQuery.
• Enhancement: Add new statistics JS file to list of core JS files.
• Code style cleanup.
