New features

An initial version of the module with the basic features. It includes:

1. Select to which bundles should the paywall will apply
2. Enable/disable the paywall at individual node granularity
3. Keep the node accessible even behind the paywall (no 404/403)
4. Select for each bundle which fields to hide when the node is behind the paywall
5. Place a custom block after the content when the paywall is applying to improve the user experience and the subscriptions selling
6. Extendable by 3rd party modules

Pushin' it real good

Adds an extension of the redirection API provided by the redirect module and allows a content manager to create redirect based on a regular expression.

It contains the following:

• A regex redirect entity and a storage schema
• A request subscriber
• A field formatter, field type, and field widget
• A repository
• A default view of the regex redirect entities
• Routing, services, and links
• A unit test for the repository

Added flood protection & disallow caching of protected routes
