Trigger new event after an Order Item's quantity changes :

CommerceCartRefreshQuantyChangeEvent::QUANTITY_CHANGE

This is the first release for the 2.x branch. Existing 1.x site must take precautions when upgrading. See Date Recur 1.x to 2.x Upgrade for more information.

Changes since 2.x branch diverged from 1.x branch.

This release was mainly focused on testing and minor bugfixes.

New action 'Set webform field value' has been added.

This release has a wealth of new of bug fixes, along with some new features. The most notable change is a dramatic reduction in memory requirements during backups, down from possibly multiple gigabytes to ~100mb.

As always, a huge thank you to all contributors, and especially to couturier who has been doing an amazing job on supporting folks on the issue queue.

Make classes more DI.
