New features

This release supports Media in core and adds new features.

* Issue #2870174 by kt2ssh, phenaproxima, suranga.gamage, marcoscano: SoundCloud Port to the proposed Media core module API

• Integrate with Paragraphs Sets using a new sub-module (Paragraphs Editor Enhancements for Paragraphs Sets). This requires at least version 8.x-2.1 of Paragraphs Sets.
• #3036181: fix sorting issue for easy-access buttons
• Fix styling problem in Firefox

• Set may be inserted with "Add in between" provided by Paragraphs Features (you'll need Paragraphs Editor Enhancements to make this work)
• Sets can now get an icon for better recognizability

• Added configuration for conenctid_field
• Allow configuring the ConnectID Subscribe form from the each field value.

• Add display of original client IP address to status report page for diagnostic purposes.
• Documentation improvements.
• Test improvements.
• Code style fixes.
