New features

New fields are added for Webmention and internal IndieAuth tokens, so run 'drush entup' to add those.

2.0 is a major rewrite compared to the 8.1 version of the module.

This version includes:
- possibility to create multiple frontend environments
- plugin based mechanism to create frontend environments
- logging of changes since the last deployment for an environment
- submodules for Netlify and CircleCi that allow to monitor the status of latest deployments without leaving Drupal.
