1. Support for Bootstrap 4 output.
2. Added custom CSS to work without Bootstrap themes. Now, responsive content works with any theme.
3. New module settings page to configure HTML output (B3 or B4) and CSS addition or not.
4. Added functional tests for Continuous Integration.

• Improved documentation.
• Improved code quality.
• Added container injection support for plugins.
• Removed request() method from JsldPathPlugin, use container injection instead.
• Improved plugin generators for Drush. Now they with examples of container injection.
• From now, each structured data from plugin will have a personal script tag with data, not all in one place.
• Refactored Drush generator command drush generate jsld.
