New features

This release is the conclusion of #2983642: Release Plan: 8.x-1.x-alpha5 and includes the following items:

Changes since last release:

• Add link support to taxonomy term description text
• Update Readme file
• Compatible with Paragraph entity other than Node entity. Add text format settings.

This is the Lunr module's first release! Please test it and let me know if you run into any issues.
