This release contains a lot of bug fixes and some new features. It took 4 years since last 8.x-1.3, so please test it before pushing into production, as usual.

This release implements Stripe's PaymentIntents which handles 3D Secure, 3D Secure2, and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).

Notable features in this release are Tome Static Cron, a new sub-module that fills and works a cron queue with uncached paths, and a new service that allows sites to customize how file exports are handled with Tome Sync. See README.txt for more details.

First alpha release

Note: The D6 version is no longer receiving officially listed releases as D6 is EOL. This goes out only because the code is still very similar to the D7 version and it's relatively easy to do. There is no guarantee these will keep coming. (This release is feature wise mostly the same as 7.x-2.6).
