This is a complete rewrite of the Sirv module. It removes the dependency on the S3 File System module and the AWS S3 SDK for PHP library. It provides support for Sirv's responsive image feature, as well as auto-fetch. Functionality to connect to a Sirv account is being split off into a separate module, called Sirv Connect. Support for Sirv Zoom will be provided in a sub-module within Sirv.

Bug fixes:
- checklists and multiselects did not serialize properly
- validation relied on category, which can change
- hiding the label of the markup/description element
- removing client specific requests

Features:
- added a new view for watson form content
- added action button for adding form to view

Working version tested up to 8.7.5 core

Adds possibility to set both warning and error, better network error handling, fixes deprecation and improves php documentation.
