New features

Provides full support for the address book introduced by Commerce 2.14.
Allows using a different profile type for shipping. Go to admin/config/people/profile-types and duplicate the customer profile type into a customer_shipping profile type, then edit your shipment type to use it.

This is the last release to support Drupal 8.6 and PHP 5. From next release Drupal 8.7 and PHP 7 will be required.

This release requires Address 1.7 and Profile 1.0.
If your site is running Commerce Shipping, you will need to update it to 2.0-beta7.
If your site is running Commerce Authorize.Net, you will need to update it to 1.2.

Introduced two notification modes:

1) Enforced:
Always send email notification.

2) Toggled:
User can select (via checkbox) whether to send email notification or not when creating or editing a group-related node.

Set the notification mode under Administration -> Groups -> Group types -> Set available content -> Configure (or Install) for any Group Node.

This includes several new features and bug fixes, the most notable being migration support for Metatag-D7's per-entity values, so any sites migrating from Drupal 7 will now be able to migrate over all of that data! Huge thanks to everyone who helped out, it has been a huge community effort over the past three years to finish this.
