Tunes, fixes and a few new features.

• Added logic to allow showing score for single elements/questions. This would only affect complex content types like H5P.Column and would consider content that could have score and is the direct descendent of the main content itself
• Changed CSV export to also show the standalone questions and their scores, if possible
• Modified visuals so that those would look nicer

• [Feature] Add sort views handler for 'position' column
• [Fix] Set EC machine name max length to 32char as it will create issues with Block IDs if longer
• [Feature] Add basic Node->Views integration. (No support for ctool context)

This release comes with a couple really big changes. First, there's a new submodule called crossword_image that provides a new plugin type for creating various thumbnail images from a crossword file. The included plugin types create a blank thumbnail, a blank numbered thumbnail, and a solution thumbnail. Second, crossword_media has been modified such that it uses the crossword_image to generate media thumbnails.
