Ongoing work to make module compatible with 9.0 happens in #3121379: Drupal 9 compatibility and clean-up in XHProf

Added the feature to completely turn on/off all N1ED add-ons for Text Formats independently.
This can be useful when you want to enable N1ED for administrator and fully disable N1ED for text format used in comments.
