New features

Initial Drupal 8 release with support for Drupal 9. It should have feature parity with Drupal 7

• Changed main navigation icon
• Code for 404 & 403 error page provided in HTML folder
• nav main: debug border animation that was applying on the item in the drop-down menu
• clean up of comment scss (consistency between forum and content comment)
• breadcrumbs : max-width limited for breadcrumb item and page name in book navigation
• forum tuning:
  • set min-width for all the table field.
  • Forum is now viewable on mobile and is responsive
  • rework of all the icons (.png).

This release has been created to align with semantic versioning.

Moved the patch #81 from #2810131 Taxonomy enabler into a new contrib module.

Switched to Mailgun SDK ~3.0, added EU support, made Drupal 9 compatible and fixed many issues.

If you have difficulties upgrading to this release by running composer update --with-dependencies try the following approach:
composer remove drupal/mailgun (to remove the module will all dependencies)
composer require drupal/mailgun (to install it from scratch)

Add Drupal 9 support.
