Adds Drupal 9 Compatibility

8.x-1.1-rc1 released as 8.x-1.1. Changes since 8.x-1.0:

This release consists of:

• Bugfix: when paragraphs were removed and re-translated, old translation paragraphs were still shown when they were already removed.
• Bugfix: Downloading a translation created an extra revision if firing a content moderation transition.
• Ensured support for Paragraphs asymmetric translation widgets.
• Improvements in metadata debug page.
• Provide a way of disabling languages aside of the dashboard (for languages that we don't support) in the language form.
• List all Lingotek supported locales in some page of the module (aside of dashboard).
• Added option to disable Automatic Profile mid-workflow callback downloads as interim.
• Bugfix: WSOD if hook_lingotek_content_entity_get_profile returns NULL.
• Fixed support for Drush 10.
• Fixed support for PHP 7.4.
• Removal of deprecated code usage that was deprecated before 8.7.x.

This release is compatible with Drupal 8.7.x and above. This will be probably the last release compatible with 8.7.x.
