Compatibility with Drupal 9

This release makes the Tamper module compatible with Drupal 9. There are also quite a few more plugins ported from the D7 version.

The reason that this is still an alpha version, is that there are few plugins left to be ported from the D7 version:
#2958013: [META] port remaining feeds tamper plugins
The existing plugins are expected to be quite stable.

Compatibility with Drupal 9

There are no big changes in this release, but when you update from 8.x-3.0-alpha6 or earlier, be sure to read the release notes from 8.x-3.0-alpha7, because that release introduced some BC breaks.

Compatible with Drupal 9.0.0.
