New feature where we can choose a more verbose message listing the different keys of the changes in config.

Moved the auto-linking/creation of Drupal users for participants to registration locking, instead of immediately upon participant save.

This is the first Drupal 9-compatible release, some further work is needed for a stable 1.0 release, including test coverage.
