Initial release of Node Access by Field Role.

This release provides:
- Role → User field mapping per content type.
- Optional per-node role visibility using the new "Role reference" field type.
- Full support for Drupal 9/10/11.
- Admin UI at Configuration → People → Node access by field.
- Basic Drush integration (command to add the role reference field).

Known limitations:
- Only controls node *view* access.
- Security advisory coverage not enabled yet (will be requested for future stable release).
