This release contains some significant changes for site owners. In particular, it implements a new, custom workflow designed to model the common stages of a normal Drupalcamp, or similar event that invites session proposals. The workflow stages control what information gets highlighted, but the workflow itself and how it controls the site's information and navigation can all be controlled by the site owner.
