#3524447 instafeed.js library js path is incompatible with NPM asset packagist

IMPORTANT!

If you are updating from version 1.0.10 or below, you need to change the external JS library name.

From: /libraries/instafeed-js
To: /libraries/instafeed.js

There is one change in this release:
#3524525: Support for latest version of library

The module now support TimelineJS version 3.9.7.

Note: there is no version 4.2.0. I accidentally tagged the wrong branch with 4.2.0. Although it didn't technically matter, I didn't want to release it.
