New branch with completely reworked approach.

The Packeta widget is now integrated into the default shipping information pane, meaning the user has to enter the shipping address first and only then they can choose Packeta as a shipping method and continue with pickup point selection. This has been done to make the integration with the default checkout workflows easier.

Sites updating from earlier versions are strongly recommended to verify the checkout flow settings and test the checkout after updating in the test environment as adjustments might be needed.
