New features

The major new feature is "private group home pages". See http://drupal.org/node/83005. One database column was added to the og table, so please visit update.php.

Added functions to display karma and ranking in the user profile

Now includes a german translation thanks to nik.

- add sidebar-left
- add fluid width implementation (clone from garland).

- update ids and classes.
- remove useless theme function from template.php.
