New features

First release which does something:
1. You can import Bibles.
2. You can read them.
3. You can enable a filter which will replace references like "Genesis 1:1" with a popup to see the verse.

Perhaps more work, but this was all that was really tested so far.

First stable release of the Schema Viewer module. Provides a UI for viewing table schema from the Drupal database using autocomplete and filters.

Note: there is a database update in this release that adds an additional permission "view environment indicator current release" to roles that already have the "access environment indicator" permission.
