New features

This will usually be the most recent stable version that incorporates bug fixes and new features. When enough are accumulated, I'll post to the other branch.

• Issue #146435, Added support for delayed account activation
• Fixed a number bugs in the account expiration features

Backport stable 5.x version to 4.7.x. This version is needed for Views 1-6 or higher (BETA at the time of this writing).

New features:

• German translation, thanks to hass,
• #98620: Views compatibility with nodewords - drupal 5.1,
• #132735: Meta tags in forum and image gallery, thanks to ednique.

Bugfixes:

• Issue #146434, Added promotion expiration.
• Renamed promotion_load() to promotion_get_promotion().
• Fixed a problem with saving max_use_count on update.
• Added a cron job to demote, block, and delete expired accounts.
• Uncommented the promotion expiration settings on the forms and added validation and submit code.

Initial version of module. Future versions may include more forms, but for now we have only node add forms.
