Per the conversation on the devel thread, I'm creating new latest releases of several modules.

This release is to allow users and update status module to track releases of this module.
Though it's been used for long, I still consider the module in beta state since some long list of issues is still open.
Please help the module evolve by testing and reporting bugs to the issue tracking.

Initial release of the blockterm module.
