Initial 1.0 release for Drupal 5

New features:
Enable use of the visibility_api module when it is installed
Add print['url'] var with absolute source url
Added breadcrumb to PF page
Add defined javascript to the PF page

The main Drupal 4.7 branch is no longer maintained, so the print module's 4.7 branch will also no longer be supported. This is the last release in this branch. It is equivalent to the 5.x-3.3 release.
