Big update to Node Go To!

• Removed the use of hook_nodeapi because it conflicts with other modules.
• Now if Token module is installed it creates paths with tokens on the fly as destinations.

5.x development snapshot

This new (and last) version will allow you to export votes cast by using simple_karma to the votingAPI. THis will allow you to use the new modules which made this one obsolete:

* extra_voting_forms
* user_karma
* comment_bury_promote

Apart from major bug fixes, this module is officially discontinued. The new modules play REALLY NICELY with Drupal.
