- update base theme as "width: 100%;" dynamic layout.
- update main and right sidebar handling (reference to garland).
- add 2 sub-themes: fix width 1024x768 and 800x600.
- coding style cleanup.

Migrated from the January 9, 2008 snapshot of nb 5.x-3.x-dev. Now for Drupal 6.x

The module finally output the nodes in the same sort order as in the view from which they are picked. There are also improvements in the API and documentation.

• If gmaps maps is enable the zoom level now uses the default zoom level set in gmap admin screens
• ammenities are sorted alphabetically within weight
