The teaser functions are now separately themeable.

Also, there is now only one actual module to enable. The "month" and "taxonomy" groupers used to be separate modules, but now they are just include files, so you only need to enable the whole pack.

Backport of the initial D7 patches.
Use json as the communication protocol.

Probably last version to sync closely with D7 patches.

Rolling up changes

Added an option to allow the admin to select the type of subscription - subscription to comments or subscription to nodes
Added option for user to set the above preference in their profile.
