added more watchdog log entries to help wth troubleshooting

HEAD version, to keep updated with latest changes. Not use in production sites!

- minor layout bugfix update.
- comment.tpl.php: add $signature.
- page.tpl.php: update $lanugage, $body_class, $left, $right, $footer.
- template.php: register theme_mission().
- node.tpl.php: fix pencil button with url().
- style.css: add placeholder /* LTR */
- style-rtl.css: add RTL support (not tested).

Added new clock implementation. More features to come.

this version has a JS based UI... new is the select / de-select all contacts button.
