New features

A production release.

This release of Fivestar adds several new features and fixes a few outstanding issues. Note that this release of Fivestar has significantly changed the theme_fivestar_summary() function. Any sites that have over-ridden this theme function should take care when upgrading.

The Drupal 6 1.12 final version is feature equivalent to the 1.12 beta 1 version except CCK implementation is now completed. The Drupal 5 and 6 versions of Fivestar are now completely equal in feature implementation.

Adserve.inc
- Allows variable overloading in settings.php.
- New ad_exit hook for tagging ads.

This version of Vocabulary Index is now compatible with Drupal 6.2 due to a fix in the menu API implementation. For more information, please see issue #246606: Drupal 6.2 menu API change implementation
