New features

Added support for select elements, #tree is supported (not perfectly). Most all form elements are now properly turned into YUI button elements and look pretty good on the Garland theme. Additional CSS styling would be necessary to make it look perfect.

New: Add delay per loop (to avoid timeout if u import huge amount of contents)
New: Add Drupal pager for importing result

Per-node disabling is now implemented.
