Initial release of IMAPWU API for Drupal 6

Changes since DRUPAL-5--1-2:

• add javascript_aggregator as a required module
• add watchdog_live to the development module list
• add civicrm_theme test

Updated to latest version of JCycle, 2.22, added additional transition effects, and new settings for controlling speed and continuous transitions.

Initial D6 version of the module. No major bugs are known, some features need to be added.

First beta release for SMS Framework. Working towards completing the roadmap for a 1.0 release. This release addresses #258057 and #255095.
