New Features:
1) Added util functions to easily import nodes, views, webforms etc.
2) Added multilingual support
3) Added the ability for inline-editing of included content entities: nodes, views etc.

The first beta of the module.

This is pretty much a straight port from workflow 5.x-2.3.

One difference is that for convenience, workflow now has the functionality of the triggerunlock module built in, so people don't keep asking "where are all the actions".

Please test and report issues in the issue queue.
