New features

Second release with 43 of the 80 conversion topics addressed.

This release contains several new features and some bug fixes.

Features:
* CSV Export of terms (needs clearing of menu cache -> disable/enable the Taxonomy Manager module)
* Additional confirmation form when deleting terms
* Configurable Pager Count
* Link to the term page in the term data editing form
* Textarea for mass adding of terms
* Possibility to disable mouse-over effect of weighting arrows (improves performance)

This release is about as fully featured as the project will get during the GSoC time-frame. The release contains numerous clean-ups, feature additions, and improvements.

Addition of the uts_form plug-in to collect form input. The analysis portion of the plug-in is very basic, but provide another useful data collection plug-in.

Basic mail notification system implemented with notification send to a participant when they start a session. More notifications to come.

First commit of SWF Tools ported to Drupal 6. Most functionality is in place. Note - SWF Object v2 is not yet usable.

Initial beta release of the rest_provider module. Not recommended for production use.
