#241646: Modifying this module - Added functionality to redirect at term level.

Various bugfixes and improvements, see CHANGELOG for details.

- Now the jWYSIWYG plugin is shown in each textarea available.
- The uncompressed js file is added.
- A minor change was made to the css file in order to avoid a conflict with a pre-existing drupal LI style.

- POT and spanish PO files added.
- TXT files (readme, license, etc.) added.
- Module settings added and working

Code release at the end of the SoC period. Some further work required to put it for use into a production server. Requires changes in openid_provider and openid to be used with this.

Added 403 message
