Drupal 6 release for views 2.x

Changes since DRUPAL-6--1-0-BETA4:

• by aaron: Alter default view to filter by field types.
• by aaron: Alter other views if allowed.
• by aaron: Move views hooks into include file.

Compatible with Embedded Media Field 6.x-1.20.

Batch support is done. Let's get some testing.

The Views Watchdog module extends the Views module and allows to create customized lists (pages, blocks, feeds) of watchdog entries.

Changes with this release:

• Remove views_handler_field_watchdog class
• Move views_watchdog.views.inc and views_watchdog.views_default.inc files to main directoy.
• Improve Doxygen support.

ACS Technologies provided direction to a form to request access. Added this to the documentation.

Additionally, hook_acs_controller_options_alter() was renamed to hook_acs_client_options_alter() to use the name consistently.
