Version 1.0

This release marks the first 2.x release candidate of the Require on Publish module. It modernizes the codebase by dropping support for Drupal 9 and officially beginning support for Drupal 11. Several code quality improvements were made, including fixes to ESLint, stylelint, and spelling errors. Automated testing compatibility was improved, and test coverage was strengthened to ensure Required on Publish field-level settings are correctly saved and verified. This RC prepares the module for full Drupal 10 and 11 compatibility.

Initial release. Provides a view filter for unreferenced entities. Tested with node and media entity views.
